Contact support
Email marlow.app@gmail.com. Include your username, your iPhone model, iOS version, app version or build number, and a description of what happened. A screenshot can help; hide other people's private information first. Never send passwords, verification codes or private keys.
Installing the app
Marlow LoL is on the App Store at https://apps.apple.com/app/marlow-lol/id6818850711. Install it from the App Store, then open your Circle invitation to join the intended group. A Circle invitation is separate from installing the app.
Joining a Circle
Open the invitation from someone you know, then sign in or create an account. A Circle may require approval before you can join. If the link is expired or no longer works, ask the person who invited you for a new one. Existing Railway-hosted invitation links remain supported.
Starting your first round
Add at least two people you know before starting a round. Create or join a Circle and invite your people. Once they have joined and your connections are available, return to Play and try again.
App updates
Some improvements arrive automatically when you reopen the app. Changes that require a new native version are installed from the App Store. If something looks outdated, close and reopen Marlow, then check the App Store for a newer version.
Report a safety concern
Use the app's report and block controls for unwanted interactions. You can also email marlow.app@gmail.com with the relevant username, Circle and details. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Marlow support is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
Account and privacy requests
Use Settings to delete your account or to open privacy information. Deletion removes your login, profile, and photo and signs you out. A later sign-in creates a new account. We retain safety reports and the votes and Circle records other members still need, without your name or photo. For a correction or help accessing your account, email marlow.app@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
